    The card is issued to any customer who visits for the 2nd time or more.
    Starts from the next check-in after the card is issued.

    20% discount on the following hotel services:

    • accommodation;
    • washing and ironing.

    10% discount on the following services:

    • for the services of the Paul Mitchell beauty salon on the 1st floor of the hotel;
    • Restaurant and Lobby bar services (including Room service).

    Free:

    • late check-out until 14:00 (subject to availability on the day of check-out);
    • early check-in from 12:00 (subject to availability);
    • parking during your stay at the hotel.

    The status is assigned subject to payment for placement services for a total amount of 100,000 rubles.
    (payment for an additional fee) services are not counted)

    25% discount on the following hotel services:

    • accommodation.

    10% discount on services of the Paul Mitchell beauty salon on the 1st floor of the hotel.

    15% discount on Restaurant and Lobby Bar services (including Room service).

    50% discount on washing and ironing services.

    Free:

    • compliment to the room upon arrival - a plate of fruit;
    • parking during your stay at the hotel;
    • late check-out until 16:00 (subject to availability on the day of check-out);
    • upgrade / free upgrade of the room category (subject to availability);
    • early check-in from 10:00 (subject to availability).

    The status is assigned subject to payment for placement services for a total amount of 200,000 rubles.
    (payment for an additional fee) services are not counted)

    30% discount on the following hotel services:

    10% discount on services of the Paul Mitchell beauty salon on the 1st floor of the hotel.

    15% discount on Restaurant and Lobby Bar services (including Room service).

    Free:

    • compliment to the room upon arrival - a plate of fruit;
    • parking during your stay at the hotel;
    • washing and ironing (max 2 kg / day);
    • late check-out until 18:00 (subject to availability on the day of check-out);
    • upgrade / free upgrade of the room category (subject to availability);
    • early check-in from 10:00 (subject to availability).

Rules of participation in the Loyalty Program «Regular Guest»

  1. Any Guest who lives for the second time or more at the AEROSTAR Hotel can become a participant of the program.
  2. To participate in the program, when you return to the hotel, you must provide your contact information when filling out the registration form and receive a "Regular Guest - Star" card. The card is valid from the next arrival (on the day of issue the card is not active, discounts and privileges are not provided).
  3. For regular guests who have entered the loyalty program and immediately received the Super Star and Mega Star statuses, discounts are provided from the moment the card is issued (i.e. directly on the day of arrival and card issuance).
  4. Discounts and cumulative amounts for this program are accrued subject to the following conditions:
    • in case of hotel reservation by the Guest directly, i.e. without intermediaries (companies, travel agencies / tour operators, Internet portals, online booking systems on third-party sites);
    • The Guest stays at the open official hotel rates (card discounts cannot be combined with promotional rates, special offers, promotional coupons, etc.);
    • The Guest independently pays for his stay at the hotel (in cash or with a bank card, by bank transfer);
    • upon check-in, the Guest presents the card to the Reception (before paying for the room, if payment is made on the day of accommodation);
    • when booking by phone or e-mail, the Guest informs about the availability of such a card and the corresponding status.
  5. The membership card is cumulative; upon reaching the next status, the guest is issued a card with an increased status.
  6. The membership card of the Frequent Guest Program is personalized and cannot be transferred to third parties.
  7. Discounts under the Loyalty Program are not provided for group accommodation and do not apply to the organization of banquets, receptions, and other events.
  8. The card has no expiration date.
